LivingPackets, the startup that puts intelligence at the heart of delivery, announces the appointment of three technical directors. With the recruitment of Jérôme Colin, Christian Jacquemot and Vincent Le Lay, the company has acquired a team of experts in each of the technological areas developed by the company: the design of eco-designed and connected products, industrialization and logistics operating systems.
"We have chosen to recruit three different profiles in order to rely on complementary skills and benefit from strategic visions that can be fed by the experiences of each. Jérôme will provide us with his expertise in hardware and innovation management, Christian with his network, software and IT experience, and Vincent with his vision of operating systems and IoT", explains Denis Mourrain, CEO of LivingPackets.
"LivingPackets has retained passionate profiles with a strong desire to move the lines, innovate, challenge and build together. The technologies implemented within LivingPackets delivery solutions are numerous: electro mechanism, connectivity, operating systems, Artificial Intelligence algorithms, blockchain, etc. Our goal was to create a multidisciplinary and motivated team to meet the technological challenges of our solutions and maintain a dynamic of innovation," said Denis Mourrain.
Jérôme Colin is a graduate engineer from the Ecole Supérieure de Physique et de Chimie de Paris, and holds a PhD in electronics. He has worked in several European countries and in China and has held R&D positions in the telecommunications and defense sectors, such as at Philips and Thales. At LivingPackets, he will be in charge of developing new innovative products and services from their conception to their industrialization, without forgetting the user experience.
Christian Jacquemot is a Telecommunications Engineer, graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Télécommunications de Paris and from Polytechnique. He started his career as a research engineer before becoming a systems architect and then director of new technologies for several IT companies (Sun Microsystems, Red Bend Software, etc.). He also co-founded two companies, Twinlife, which offers data protection technology, and VirtualLogix, which develops system virtualization software. In his new mission, he will be in charge of analyzing, selecting and validating the technologies required for the development and implementation of logistics operating systems.
Vincent Le Lay is a graduate of Centrale Nantes in automation engineering. He has spent part of his career in systems engineering in the industry (Renault, Atlantic Group). At LivingPackets, his mission will be to reinforce the IT development team and to continue to improve the user experience and the product features. He is in charge of distributing system intelligence between the different components of LivingPackets solutions (embedded, backend, frontend, mobile application) and of managing the IT teams.
